Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

I think I have decided to start blogging again! It seems when I do, I am more motivated and work harder (knowing I have to report it...........if even it is to cyberspace himself). We'll see how it goes~

Met up with the Heidi's this morning for a tempo run. Jogged 1/2 mile then picked it up for 4 miles, then jogged out the last 1/2 mile. Heidi C is registered for the Ogden Full so she is officially in marathon training mode. May the force be with us fellow supporters:)!!! Today was hard for me but I really need to get my act in gear and shape up. I think it will get easier if so?!? Warmed up at 8:32 pace, then ran a 7:56, 7:53, 7:52 and ended with a 7:46. jogged out to make our overall AP an exact 8:00. Nice to be done and for sure will make my day better!!! Sweetness~

See how I work?? I already got behind and lost track of my workouts from the previous week so I will start effective now!  Today, Tyler had early early meetings in SLC so I had to do some strength training inside! Heidi W came over to offer some moral support! It was nice~
