Okay, it's July and it's hot outside!! It doesn't matter if it's 5:00AM or 5:00PM, it's hot!! I woke up this morning and met up with Heidi W and her cute sister Emily who is visiting from out of state for a nice route that includes Harry's Hill (OUCH).  I am going to be honest, I am a bit (okay, a lot) intimidated by Harry's Hill.  I know it's good for me, but I don't like it and I get whimpy when it comes to running it.  Never the less, we did it and then ran up Woodland Hills Drive (another killer) before hitting the ever so lovely down hill back home!! I was very sweaty and very ready to be done running! We ran into Michelle and Mac at the first of our run (before I was sweaty) so I had to touch Michelle (on the hands of course) after her week with RYAN HALL!!!!!  I am amazed!  I then got to see her again at the end of our run (and her workout), when I was all sweaty so she can confirm that I was a mess!! Still.........I love my Monday morning runs! It's a great way to start the week.  And, I am starting a new meal planning, diet today so wish me luck!! It's time to eat better and more balanced starting with no sugar or white flour for 2 weeks, YIKES!!!

Clay! Sorry about the delay in getting back with ya! You are nice to put some added confidence about my ability to stay off of sugar! I have to admit I am hopeful I can do it because in the past, 2 days is about my max without sugar. Not sure I can do this as I am learning that Sugar is my fuel, I am tired!! It was great to see you out this morning!! Thanks again for the motivation, now I can't let ya down~
