Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

I tried, really tried to get out of bed this morning to run on the treadmill but I couldn't get my eyes to open.  So, then I tried to just swing my legs off my bed and stand up, but my legs wouldn't work either.  Nor would my back, my arms and especially not my brain so I said to heck with it (that was the part of my brain that actually was working).  No, I am trying to be dramatic.  I was tired this morning so I didn't get up and run.  Then, of course I was mad at myself but really felt like my body just needed some good stretching.  So............at 10:30PM, I went downstairs and did 45 minutes of yoga!!! It felt nice.

I love stretching! I was actually just thinking this morning that I don't aknowledge it on my blog even though it's a big part of my after run recovery stuff.

A little sad your not running the SS this year. :(

Hey there little Lily! I know, I think I will miss seeing everyone this year at SS, but will enjoy my little TM run before the parade and maybe enjoy being on time for the parade for once in my lifetime!!! You're going to kick butt!! You are running so well. Where do you get your energy???

I am not sure I always have energy but I have the will power :)

Hopefully the parade isn't to hot. In any case it's always fun to get out and see everybody in this cute little town!
