Oh my, what a BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL morning it was today!! I walked outside to run with a jacket on and didn't even need it so I took it off and off Heidi W and I ran!! We had 7 miles on the schedule but decided to make it a challenging 7 and run Harry's Hill, then Woodland Hills "hill" to get the most of our run.  With that being said, CHALLENGING it was!! We hit some good strong Head winds and had to stop and walk a bit up Harry's Hill.  My legs are sore from Saturday and Heidi had ran 16 on Saturday so her legs were sore also.  Needless to say, by the time we got to the top, both of our legs felt like jello!! We were going to cut it short but decided to hang strong and so we ran up Woodland Hills Drive to the mailboxes before turning for the homestretch down home.  The last 3 miles were fast and so overall with the hills and wind we averaged a 8:30 overall.  I was happy with that pace having sore legs and all and Boy, it was just a great way to start a Monday morning!! I am so excited about this weather, It makes me happy!!! Okay, back to work now :).  Have a great day~

Sounds like a great run, even with sore legs. Is Tyler running UVM with you?

Hey Thanks Rhett! No, Ty is going to run TOU this year along with St. George. He has a scout camp out over UVM that didn't allow him to do it :(. Dang!

Hey what's up with Tyler shutting down his blog? Or did he just go private so we couldn't see the killer workouts he is doing? Hope you guys are doing good. When are you coming down to St. George again?

Hey Dustin! I think Ty called ya right???

Kelli: HI THERE!!! Yah, I have been meaning to call you, or email, or text, or something! I miss ya!! All is well! Overwhelmed with Kids, work, school getting out, summer schedules, planning my Family Reunion, studying for my Federal Mortgage Licensing test, planning Lunch Bunch for Relief Society, kids, etc! Life is too crazy! My summer goal is to simplify a bit! It's a given!! How are you??? Have I mentioned that we need a date night!??
