Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

Nothing wakes you up in the morning like a little Harry's Hill (OUCH).  Nice to get that checked off of my "to do" list, but sure was a hard run! We ended up walking the first half of the hill and then ran out the end and kept going.  This was actually the first 5+ mile run that we have done this year that we only had one walk break, so hey.....................feelin good about that:).  Oh I love the mornings after I run!!  Nice, Nice!!! Actually felt really good today for a 18 miler:).  Thanks to Heidi C for stashing water and orchestrating the event.  My hip is starting to ache again when I run so I am a little nervous about that!! Hoping that a nice relaxing weekend will cure it a bit!! Happy Friday!
