Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

It's days like today that I don't feel like a runner.  I am still pretty soar from Saturday so I felt like a champ attempting to get 4 miles in today.  Then, I get on the blog and ready how so many of you went like 8, 10, 12 miles today, HOW IN THE HECK?  Worse, I talked to some people in my ward who ran Saturday and asked them if they were soar and they were like "No, I feel pretty good", again, HOW IN THE HECK?  But in any event, it was a beautiful Monday morning and good to get out and get the week started off right (one of these weeks, I am going to actually get more miles in than my husband, NOT!!).

last .16 miles at 8:03.  Avg. pave 9:06 (have to factor that walking into there).  Happy Monday to all!!

PS.  Does anyone know if the group from SF is running the Payson canyon run this week?  IF so, could you let me know? Thank you so much!

Thanks for the encouragement yesterday! It's always nice to get an extra smile!

Tom and I are planning on Payson Wed. but we haven't heard much about who's driving. I will try to find out. It would be fun to have you there. Hope the soreness is going away!

The muscle soreness is doing so much better! But my hip is not so happy, so I'm not sure what I'm doing :(. Let me know about Payson and I'll see what I can do, thanks for thinking of me.

Yeah Kim, if you wouldn't mind letting me know what you find out about Payson, that would be great. I would love to come and run with you all and I think it would be good to get some down hill running in too. I really appreciate it!! Hope you are having a good day so far today and that you are feeling back to normal :)

We will be running Payson tomorrow morning at 5:00. I hope you see this before then. I was looking for your phone # in the phone book and couldn't find it. We leave Patetneet promptly at 5:00 a.m.
