So, I met bright and early, wait, Early (not so bright) with Ali to run.  I haven't ran with her for some time so it was really nice to chat with her and catch up a little.  When we met, neither of us really knew how far we wanted to go or what route we were going to take and so we just started running and kind of made up the course as we ran.  It was really nice to get up and get "almost" 8 miles in by 6:00am.  I got home and was able to get so  much accomplished before running out the door to run the kids to school, day care and to get to work.  Ali kept running when we were done to get in her 8 miles, but she pushed me along this morning and so I was tired and ready to stop.  It was a great run though and again, fun to run with Ali, thanks Ali!!

It's always nice to run and chat with a friend who pushes you. Good job getting it done before 6am. WOW, you're amazing. I could never get up that early unless it's race morning.

Have a great weekend.
