5 mile square with the ladies this morning.  My stomach ache was still present this morning so things were painful again today.  No, not as bad as last night but still painful and still very humid outside!! However, it was still good to get out and run.  I look forward to sleeping in tomorrow a bit and getting all ready for the Wasatch Back this weekend!!  Wish me luck, I am a first timer and a little nervous about all of this (however, very excited too).

Sorry about the full-tummy run last night and lingering tummy ache this morning. I'm sure it will get better. I'm a WBR virgin too. I'm nervous about running at 1:00 am. I have never ever run in the dark before and in unfamiliar canyon road. Hope I don't get lost or run over by something. What's the name of your team? What time do you start?

Hello Ladies!! Thanks so much for the welcome back. I have missed you all!

Smooth: I am so sorry I didn't get with you sooner. I was on the GirlStuff team and was runner #2 (with a little switching due to a sick one ((read my race report in a bit after I get done typing it). I saw a bit about your team and never saw you. What a wild adventure that was, but SO FUN!!

Lily: Hello again!! Hope to keep in touch on the FRB.

Teena: Hey Cutie!! I just got back on a couple of days ago!! Watch for the 5 mile square, we will be doing lots of it I am sure! Thanks for checking in.

Luvs!~
