Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

I hour of yoga this morning with Heidi C.  It was her first time doing yoga so I hope she liked it.   I LOVE yoga!! It is a great way to start your day! 

Hoping to take another stab at the treadmill tonight for a little P.M. workout!!  Hope today goes better then yesterday! Crossin my fingers~

I need to do Yoga with you because I skip it every week on the P90X, I'm so terrible at it! By the way, your legs look great in the blog picture of you and Tyler...YAY YOU!

Hey Smooth!!!! Thanks girly. I am hoping for another great TM night also!! Yoga is great before bed time. Totally helps me sleep!! However, the weird thing is that in the morning, it wakes me up!! WOW!!! That's a little crazy.

Mac: Wow, you are TOOOOOO Kind! Thank you for the comment on my legs. I am completely flattered! I actually was looking at that pic the other day thinking "wait just a darn minute; Tyler's legs are skinnier (significantly) than mine, what the heck???" So..........there, in his face!! JK, he is not competing here, just me! ANYTIME you want to do Yoga, I would love the company!! Come on down anytime and we can do it. The video is actually 1 hour and 32 minutes long though so I usually just do 50 minutes and then the segment for abs that is about 7-10 more minutes or so. But, if we got an early start, I just may be able to finish the whole darn thing. It's a really good workout and good for elongating your muscles, which I really need!!! Let me know :)

I tried the Namaste am/pm yoga once and Maizey made it longer than I did! Like I said, I'm not very good at it. I've tried the P90X tape as well but lasted about 20 minutes is all. Will it help my thighs to appear longer?
