I started with a bit of jump roping this morning to get my heart rate up!! I found it tends to stay up a bit if I do this first and then move onto a different workout.  So, I just did 200 jumps and then took it inside to do some pilates.  So, then it was onto pilates with my resistant bands and Suzanne Brown (aka home video).  For some reason it was a bit harder today then I recall it being from last week (which was nice).  And, I am really starting to enjoy this workout.  I feel like it strengthens yet stretches my muscles as well.  I would like to do more of this.  Maybe I can start being like everyone else on the blog and run, do pilates, yoga and bike all in one workout instead of breaking it up into days :)!!! You all amaze me!! Maybe some day?!?

Have a great day ya'll, it's July 21st, only 3 days until the 24th of July, PARTY ON!!!!

Thanks Lily!! I wasn't able to find Windsor Pilates in the time frame I wanted but I think this is a semi decent workout. It does 10 minutes of lower body, 10 mins of upper body, 10 mins of abs, and 10 mins of total body. Then you can do 10 mins of stretching if you have time (but I rarely do that part).

Hey, a holla out to everyone!! Does anyone want Kenny Chesney tickets??

Such awesome workout!!! I tried pilates for two weeks last summer, it nearly killed me, but SO fun. I'm one of those who can only do one workout stuff a day. Hey, you jump-roped and pilatesed (are those words correct?), that's more than ONE! You running Speedy Spaniards? I almost signed up. May be next year. I'm planning to do Spanish Fork 1/2 though.

GOOD LUCK on Fri.

Kenny Chesney concert sounds cool...probably have no time for it though. THANKS!
