Just a little Variety Exercise today!! I woke up after a VERY rough night (hips hurt so bad I couldn't get comfy enough to sleep so I basically laid awake all night).  My hips were sore and my babes was sitting low so I knew straight running may not be the best idea.  I got on the TM (Yes, my handy Manny Hubby fixed it, HOORAY) and walked for 5 minutes to warm up, then did weights and lunges, got back on the TM for another 5 minutes of walking, followed by more weights and lunges, then walked for a bit, ran until 2 miles, then stretched and did a bit more weights to equal a total of 50 minutes of exercise.  Like how I try to make it sound like it was a GREAT workout??? Well, it wasn't really but at least I got up a got "something" in.  I need to get in about 4 miles tomorrow or at least I'd like to:)  We'll see what mood baby girl is in in the morning and go from there!! So glad it's Friday, Yipee!
