Met up with Heidi C this morning for the 5 mile square.  Her knee is feeling a little better so she wanted to take it easy and I was a little sore from Saturday so I wanted to take it easy, so we just took it easy.  Heidi is such a sweetie and always so good to get up and get me out in the morning.  It was a nice, easy run and a great way to start a Monday!!

Okay girl, what is this crash diet?

I have stopped posting my weight because it was making me crazy weighing myself everday. I am still chugging along though. Hopefully things continue to move in the right direction.

I missed the crash diet, but you two are the last people on earth that need any kind of diet!!!

Great easy run, who knew 9 was easy???

Hey Kel!! Going on almost a full week of no running. I ran last Monday and haven't run since. I need to kill this diet, gather some energy and get our running!! Soon enough. Just two more weeks!!! How are ya?

From Kelli on Mon, Mar 23, 2009 at 14:19:43 from 71.219.76.202

What diet are you doing? I must have missed it.

I am good. i have so many blisters on my feet from the race Saturday that it hurts to walk. Dang feet.

Did Tyler decide to come run the Riverton Half? I know he was thinking about it.

Just wanted to make sure you didn't die of hunger!

Hey Britta!! I am here and alive but hanging on by a thread! ha ha :) Not really! I am just doing this crash diet that has pretty much taken any energy that I once had. So, I am taking the running easy for now but plan to hit it hard when I am done with this diet. How are you doing??

From britta on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 13:31:34 from 72.130.122.244

O good I am glad you are alive. Can I ask how many lbs. have dissapperd?

I am good although running feels like a chore right now and not very fun.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!! How are you holding up? I knew this one was freaking you out, but you will see tomorrow that it is no big deal.

What did ya get? Your husband is so good with the gifts, I can not wait to hear what he got you (no pressure Tyler, but it better be good!)

From kellies on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 15:21:21 from 160.7.238.59

Britta: You are welcome to ask and I will share because as painful as this has been, I am pretty happy with the results to far. I have to admit though that the No running has been really hard for me. I am excited to get back into it just as soon as I get this diet over and have some more energy to run off. I have lost 6-7 pounds. Its fluctuated back and forth over the past 3 days. So, concidering I started this just 10 days ago, I am happy with that!! I hope to lose another 5-7 so that I have some room to gain a few back (as I am sure I will). How are you doing? How are you feeling??

Kelli: Thank you so much!! Today has been pretty fun actually. My office showered me with "over the Hill" decorations all over my office. I have pics that I will have to post on face book or something!! It's funny. They replaced grapes in the candy jar and my cake was a tri-fold bowl full of veggies with candles in the middle!! FUNNY!! However, I did eat a cupcake as well today and plan on having some more cake tonight, but then I will resume the diet tomorrow!! You are such a sweetie. Thanks for bringing in the birthday cheer!! Tyler got me some really yummy perfume and a gift card to the Buckle so that I can go shopping. You are right, he is always very thoughtful and does very well when it comes to gifts. I love the guy!! Thanks again Kel, I appreciate you and am so thankful to have so many wonderful friends to help ease the pain of saying goodbye to my youth!!!

THANK YOU for eating a brownie!!!! You deserve it and now I know you are human and not a barbie doll! (That was a JOKE.)

From Kelli on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 15:35:31 from 71.219.100.181

Oh, and will you take me shopping with you? I need your advice. You dress so cute and I dress like a DORK.

From kellies on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 15:49:06 from 160.7.238.59

I am SO human, that is my problem!! Shopping, did I hear the words Shopping???? Kelli, you are darling but Honey, I will go anytime, anywhere! I love shopping and have no little girls to go with me. I would love to go some time!!! That would be such a fun day, we could go shop, then eat, then shop, then eat, then shop, then get some ice cream, then shop, then go to a movie!! What a dream!!!!

From Kelli on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 15:52:18 from 71.219.100.181

NAME THE DAY!!!! I am not a big shopper (but I need clothes) but I love food!!!!

From kellies on Thu, Mar 26, 2009 at 16:00:00 from 160.7.238.59

We should find a Saturday and meet, then tell our hubbies to meet up with us later that night for a date night??? See, then we would be killing all sorts of birds in one day. Shopping, girl time, date night, eating, etc.!!! We could even do the Saturday we are doing date night?? April 4th??
