Oh, Monday!!! What is it about Mondays?? I have decided that there is just a feeling that comes with Monday!!  I always have a hard time getting out of bed (even despite the fact that I got a 2 1/2 hour long nap yesterday, that NEVER happens), and so I know it has nothing to do with the fact that I am tired, just that it is Monday!!  But, we got up and got out.  The Heidi's and I left our street and ran into Brenda Loss who is going to try to start coming with us.  It was nice to have her a long, she is a very sweet lady!!! The air felt pretty dry when we first started but about a mile in I changed my mind........it was VERY muggy!! But, it was still great to get out and get my week started off the right way!! I am taking a cross training day tomorrow then running a new 7 mile route on Wedesday that I look foward to.  It will be called the "Pond Route" (just for Teena)!!  We just keep rackin in the Routes.  I love marathon training!!

Oh- sasha said there is a way to link your routes to your blog entry. The directions are on top of the work out calendar. They sound pretty simple ;)

Helloooo Marion!! I will have to check that little blog feature out!! Tyler actually created this route for me. You basically leave my house, run down to woodland hills drive, down a way to the road that turns West toward the Highway (I don't have the exact name sorry). Then, run on the Highway back into Salem until you come to 300 West, turn up (now going South) to the road just south of Canal road, turn right (West) go up about 3/4 of a mile, then turn up to canal and back to our house!! How about that, was that clear as mud?? I haven't done it before so we shall see how it is. I think it all sounds great except the fact that the last 1 1/2 miles is basically a gradual incline so it'll be a bit tough but a good way to end I guess. Thanks for checking in. I haven't had a chance to get on the blog over the past few days so I have some catching up to do!! Have a good day girly!! Luvs~
