Okay, okay, confession is coming:

I don't know why I try to convince myself that I am a morning person.  This comes as a surprise to many I am sure.  I am the girl who could sleep in until 2:00 in the afternoon when I was a teenager.  I have tried to convince myself  when getting up early, that I feel better during the day; or that I get more done during the wee hours of the morning, or that getting up early makes me entire day just roll better, but......... I have to admit (here comes the confession part)that I AM NOT A MORNING PERSON (do you think this may be genetic?).  There are days that I feel it is more painful to get out of bed than it is to give birth.  Why is this? (if only I could have an epidural when waking up in the morning).  Why can I not just hop out of my bed and get going for the day?  Today I literally moped around for a good 10 minutes before I felt like I was waking up.  It literally took me splashing freezing cold water in my face to wake me up.   Okay okay, enough from me, I know...............but if anyone has any simple remedies, could you please let me know?  In any event, I did get up, and Heidi W and I had an intense session of strength training.  Heidi had a new video that I had not done before and lets just say that my arms are still fatigued and shaking from it.  WOW!! I am going to be sore tomorrow.  It was a good way to get my day started and I always love working out with Heidi, I just wish it was easier to get out of bed.  Or, that it were possible to start my day at 10:00am instead, maybe some day or in my dreams................. oh,  my dreams (is it time for bed yet?) !!!

I am with you!! I am absolutely not a morning person. I am not really a night owl either, somewhere in between (I am a 11 - 8 PM person this is when I do my best work and feel the best). I can, however, get up and run early ... I kind of like being brain-dead when I run ;-). I think the morning thing just takes time ...

You are so darn cute!!! Is there really anyone that loves getting out of bed? Scott has had to set the alarm earlier becasue it takes me so long to drag my butt out of the bed. We set the alarm a full 40 minutes before we need to leave---and you know it does not take 40 minutes to throw your hair into a ponytail and get dressed!

I have no solution, and I am, quite frankly, getting sick of it, too!!!!

We are running the JRP in Lehi again if either you or Tyler want to come----or both of you!!!!! 7:30 Saturday.
