One of these things is not like the other:  Cold Season, Potty Training and running.  Let me give you a hint.  2 of those things keep you in the house, away from the outside world and unable to exercise.  The other thing (not like the other) is exercising.  Give up??? Any one want to guess what category I fell into this week??

My 2 year old has acted interested in Potty Training so I finally decided to bite the bullet and devote some serious time and attention to the process and let's just say that WOW, it's a PROCESS and is going to be a long road.  I took 2 days off work and feel like I am completely out of touch with the world.  I am sure this sounds like an exaggeration, but it's just weird being home.  The little guy is doing pretty good (I am quit proud of him actually), but out of my children, I would have to say he has been the hardest. That's all right, we'll keep trying:).  In addition to this, the cold that started lingering last week finally set in and made my mornings and nights, not the most pleasant of experiences!! All in all, It was NICE to get out and run today!!  I actually didn't expect much of myself so I was pleased with an overall pace of 8:36 including the time when I walked for a minute without stopping my watch!!  Thanks to Tyler for holding down the potty training fort while I was out!!!

We could be neighbors if you would just move down here! I know a good loan officer that is way cute!

Hey Kel!!! Jack is doing great. No accidents Sunday, Monday or so far today. He had one in the middle of the night though, but that's to be expected I think (Sunday and Monday he woke up dry :)). I am proud fo the little tike!!

Thank you for the fun night Saturday (and for letting me get out of the house). We love going out with you guys!! And, yes, thanks for supporting me with the 2 yummy treats!! I polished off my last butterscotch square yesterday, YUMMY!!!! I am asking Santa Clause to move you to Salem so that we can be neighbors!!!

If I could only convince Scott that an hour commute would not be that bad...

Glad the potty training is going well!! That is good news for sure. And you showed great self control with your candy, I ate it all when I got home!
