I was going to try to get up and do a workout video this morning but slept in so I just ended up doing my pilates movie tonight instead.  Being very careful not to strain my back.  I got about 35 minutes in at least before having to stop.  I guess it's better than nothing!

Oh, and I also did 250 jumps on the jump rope. Probably not the best thing on the back but I wanted to get my heart rate up for just a split second! And, it worked~

Sorry to here about your back, hang in there... You won't lose any fitness even though you think you will, its all mental. Enjoy the lighter week, and keep smiling;-)

I'm so sorry to hear about your back pain, jealous at the same time. You get a break and will come back stronger!

Kelle so sorry to hear about your back! This sounds painful! About Provo River, I'm not going out for any amazing time. I'm having a hard time getting back up to full speed after taking 6 weeks off. So I'm just going to run it and have fun. Good Luck this Saturday! A couple days of rest will probably help.

Kellie!!!

Hey there. Where's your race report? I have looked about a zillion times. Worried about you and your back. Talk to me!!

Btw, the pics of you and Tyler on Kelli's and Leslie's blog are so so so so cute!!!

Thanks everyone! I have been bad at blogging this week. It's a combination of trying to stay really busy while Tyler was gone and staying up WAY TO LATE at night doing all sorts of other stuff! But thank you all for your concern and positive words of encouragement. What would I do without ya?? Teena, I am going to do my race report right now :)
