*~~Run Boston Marathon~~ Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

Kind of a quiet morning this morning. Just Heidi C and I were out for our usual Friday morning run. Miss Heidi W is on a Disney Cruise (Lucky) and oddly, we only past one other runner during our route this morning (very different from the usual 8-10 runners). I think everyone must be on vacation or still recovering from Labor Day last weekend, or perhaps from the Ultimate Pig Wrestling :)!!! In any event, it was great to run with Heidi. She is really doing well with her running and actually had to pull me along this morning. We ran the "seventh Heaven" route this morning. Just 3.5ish Out and Back!! Perfect fall temperatures were so welcomed this morning. It makes it much easier to run!! Tyler and I are now on our way to St. Goerge to run our last 20 miler. I get to go with MarcieJ and Tyler is running with Dustin so we are looking forward to that. Have a great weekend ya'll!!!

How was your 20 miler on the SGM course? I did that the second year I trained for SGM. Wish I could have done it! GREAT FUN!

I just barely posted the run from this morning. OH, it was so fun!! It was nice kicking Veyo before it was daylight, barely even noticed it................YEAH RIGHT!!! Really, it was a fun run. Tyler and I also ran the course (a part of it) as a training run our first year of the SGM and I really feel like it helped me that first year. Wish you could have been here too. Maybe next year we should plan a "couples trip" 3 weeks before the marathon for this very purpose!! Wouldn't that be fun?? Thanks for checking in Cute Smooth!! Lots of Love~
