Met up with Heidi again this morning.  We were going to do another 6-6.5 route but cut it short because I had a crazy morning and so I wanted to get home a little early.  And, I was also nervous about  how my leg (sciatic) would hold up.  So, we just did the 5 mile square.  Some of you may be very shocked, disturbed or haunted by what I am about to say so you may want to turn your eyes for this next part, but this was the first time in a long long time that I have ran 2 days in a row during the week in months, so, I felt a little sluggish today until about mile 4 and then it got easier, but it wasn't my best run.  The leg held out okay until about mile 4 when it started to get really warm and started burning. I was glad I only had a mile to go before being done.  So, I took an anti inflammatory and will ice tonight, then take tomorrow off from running then see how Friday goes.  It's always nice to get out with Heidi though and run with her. She is such a sweetie!

Kelli, I was being nosy and reading Kelli (the other one)'s blog and noticed you'd asked about Teena. She disabled her blog so she could work on some other life stuff since her pain is so high (she could only run .75 or something yesterday, even on an incline). I just read it yesterday, Hopefully she'll open it and check back with her rehab progress soon.

WAY TO GO!!! 2 days in a row. I am impressed. Hope you recover well. Are you meeting with us on saturday? Hope so.

RAD: Hey thanks for the update on Teena! I hope she gets all better soon and checks back in with the blog. I miss her already!! If you see her, tell her I said so!! Thanks again!

Mac: Yeah, so I did 2 days in a row and then haven't ran since then, I am a BAD GIRL!! I would love to come out tomorrow but it is my son's baptism and we have to be to the church at 8:30, so a run will not be possible. I tend to stress out about this kind of stuff and with having to be up, ready, getting my 3 kids ready and getting me house ready for the post party, I don't think a run will fit in there!! It's weird, I can't remember the last time I didn't run on a Saturday, but it's worth it!! Here's the next crazy part. We are going to be out of town for the next 3 Saturdays, so I will have to make up for it during the week. Hopefully I can see you and run with you again soon. Have a great day!!

Kellie have a great day, hope the weather is nice for you. I stress about that stuff. Don't worry, you always look great and as long as there's good food...your set! Have Fun

How are you feeling today Kelli? Hope that all pain is gone and that the ice and anti-inflammatories did the trick.

Glad you ran the 5-mile square (it always makes me smile to read that).

Love you!
