Short-Term Running Goals:

 

*Run Boston Marathon Did it!! 2010~!!! SO FUN!

*Smooth has inspired me and I'd like to do the Utah Grand Slam sometime in my life :). Well, let's say before 2013 :).

*Improve my overall running abilities, stay healthy and Hey, it wouldn't hurt to lose a few pounds either.

 



Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running as long as I can. Meet and establish new friends/friendships and enjoy running for what it is really about.

Personal:

I am a mother to 3 handsome, active little boys (11, 7 and 5) and a beautiful baby girl (Just turned one in March). I'm married to TylerS (also on this blog) and work as a Mortgage Loan officer where I have been for almost 14 years now. I love my job and the people that I work with. I love being a mom and the inspiration I get from Running! Life is busy and entertaining, It's great!

Okay, it's official I am tired and I had a hard time getting out of bed today.  It seems to be getting a bit harder each day over getting easier, what is up with that??

Did a little strength training this morning with the Heidi's, which was nice.  I feel like I took it pretty easy in attempts to keep my back strong.  I went to the chiropractor yesterday and he was surprised at how well my back held up through the WBR, so that was a good sign.  However, it's still sore and I really feel like I need to take it easy so that I don't strain it or injure it worse later.  Then we went out and did just a bit of jump roping (literally, like maybe 50 jumps is all).  It was a fun morning with the girls!!

Lack of sleep will do that to you eventually! I was falling asleep at the wheel at 10 am today. SO TIRED!

I get really tired on and off like that too. I usually remedy it by going to bed at 9 a couple nights in a row. Then I am good for a while again. Hang in there.

Yeah 9:00 is a lovely idea, if only it were possible!! Why is there always a quazillion (yes, I made that number up) things to do every night!?! Maybe we should give it a try tonight and tomorrow night Ty? Any takers on doing my usual house run down before going to bed?? I can make a list of what I want done and then just hit the sack, sounds dreamy (no pun intended).

Made it to bed at 10:45 last night, is that close enough Lily? In all honesty at about 10:30 I was going to put in "confessions of a shopaholic" in and start folding laundry but your voice (not that I have ever heard your official voice :) came into my head saying "GO TO BED KELLIE", so I did. I left my laundry and all, figured it would still be here this morning and....it is!!! I will try again tonight. ha ha~
