Are you and Tyler doing P90X on a regular basis or just when you get stuck inside due to weather. I tried it before I got running again, maybe 4-5 years ago. It felt like a great work out, but I only stayed with it for a couple of weeks. I still have the DVDs and would like to go through the whole program on one of the breaks between Tri training.

Hey Johnny!! Tyler is doing P90X I would say on a regular basis. He does all of the different work outs and has been for about 3-4 weeks now. He really likes it and is starting to see results. I actually have only done videos here and there when I can't go outside and I really like the videos that I have done. I am not looking to bulk and put on muscle though so I have just been doing, yoga, cardio, core, kick boxing, etc. whereas Tyler does all of the bicep, back, leg, workouts....OUCH!! They are intense. I have watched him here and there and let's just say.....I would rather not!! I think it's really good supplemental training though for when the weather doesn't permit or you just need a quick workout. I also really like the ab workout and the yoga (best yoga video I have ever done). So, there you have it. That's my opinion. If you decided to do it again, let me know. I want details! You will have to talk to Tyler about it more also to get his input. You are kicking trash with your training. Keep it up!!
