So, I am sticking with the treadmill theme for now.  Not to mention that it's WAY TOO COLD outside to find the desire to go out there:).  Today I woke up with the intentions of sticking with the same routine I did on Monday (.5 mile walk, .5 mile run to 3 miles) but as I started on the TM I decided that I needed to see what I was able to do.  I walked .5, then ran a full mile (that felt nice since it'd been a week since running a while mile without stopping), then walked another .5 then ran 2 miles putting me at 4 total!! I am glad I was able to get just that one extra mile in and to be able to run 3 miles instead of just 1 1/2, etc~ I am also sore from yesterday's Physique 57 so I am feeling pretty good that I got some of these "areas" worked out a bit! It's been a good morning so far:)

Impressive that you are still toughing it out Kell. I can't wait for you to have your little girl. Sooo much fun!
