Someone must love me because tonight was perfect conditions for running!!  I am not all that picky, I just prefer it to be day light, over cast, a slight chill in the air, birds chirping, and not many cars on the road and tonight was JUST THAT~!~ I got home from running kids to piano lessons and soccer games, got dinner in the oven and ran out the door to get some miles in before the rest of the night took it's course. Again, it was perfect outside and I felt SO MUCH BETTER then I did last night!!  I just did the 5 mile square adding on just a bit during the course. I really wanted to go longer but I needed to get home to finalize dinner and get my family fed, so I compromised a bit.  I am looking forward to meeting with the Heidi's tomorrow morning for the "New Leaf" route that will get me 6.5 miles in for the day!!~

Splits: 7:53, 7:25, 8:03, 7:45, 7:36, 7:33(last .25) Avg. pace = 7:51, Hooray!!

I am weeping at those splits. WOW. Do you realize you are fast? You take all of this time off and then you FLY when you run. Really, I am crying. PMS.

Kelli, let's just say that last night I was "on my game". You know how you just have those times that you feel really good? Let's compare it to your Riverton Half for instance, WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!! Honest, I may have a fast training run, but I couldn't sustain it for 13 whole miles!!! Now, I am crying and have no PMS to contribute it to, just envy!!

Britta: Thanks so much! Again, it was just a moment, not typical, but fun never the less!! Thanks for checking in! Travel home safe tomorrow!

I am glad you are on your game!! I like running at night or in the afternoon, I run better and faster. I think it is becasue I am more awake!

And you SO TO could do that for a full 1/2. I will just wait until you prove that to yourself in Ogden. Wait, that is about what pace you can run a full marathon!!!!
