Ty got up and went out early this morning and then went to help his dad so he didn't get home until 10:30.  I was dressed and ready to go out to run but when it boiled down to it, I was running out of energy (yah, that's pretty early in the day to be running out of energy I know:)).  Never the less, I decided to go out and see how I felt.  I originally planned to go 5 miles but decided 4 was enough for today. I knew I needed to hurry home to get ready for a Cousin's Baby shower so as I kept running, my brain boggled with my "to do" list and so I cut it a little short.  Today I ran a mile, walked .25, ran another mile, walked .25 then ran out the last 1 1/2 putting me at 4 total:).  All in all I felt really good and must say how nice it was to get OUT and run!! The weather is perfect running weather! It was good~
