Oh, kind of a funny little night but another fun memory made!!!  This morning I didn't get up to do anything so I hoped to be able to do a little something tonight! I was driving my son to karate this evening and my 3 year old said "Mom, can we go wunning oh sumting (running or something?)".  I was like "Sure, you want to go running?" (he has never ran before so this was a new conversation).  After receiving confirmation from both Kael and Jack that they wanted to go running, we decided we would do just that after getting home from karate.  So, we got home, suited up, tied up our sneakers and went out for a run.  We actually ran to the school nearby and back which resulted in ONE MILE!!! At the half way point, we stopped and walked for a bit and then started the slow but consistent run back home.  It was so much fun and I was so proud of my 3 and 6 year old!! More then anything, I was happy that they initiated it and it wasn't me "forcing" them to do it (as I typically feel I do everything else when it comes to my kiddos).  Even better......they were so proud of themselves, which is always a nice feeling as well.  I got home and went downstairs to get on the TM but my babes was not having it!! She kept kicking and hitting my bladder and after a mere mile, I decided to call it a night!!! My belly seems to have popped pretty extensively over this past weekend (You know how that goes? You wake up one day so much bigger then when you went to bed...........weird) and can feel the added pressure when doing anything but especially RUNNING!! So, yes a measly 2 miles.  Oh well:)

Might try a gradual run this week (yesterday was 2, today 3, next time 4 and may even attempt 5 on Saturday).  It was another hard run this morning with my big ole belly and the pressure that came with it but still, nice to run! I alternated the .5/.5 walk run method which is about the only thing keeping me active about now.  I am officially 36 weeks tomorrow so I have to feel good that I made it to my goal week but would really like to stay active until I deliver:).  We'll see how things continue to go!

Funny how I don't sleep a wink at night but then can't get out of bed in the morning!! Weird how that works.  Needless to say I slept in and only had time to get in a measly 2 miles.  Had to get ready fast to get Kael to school for the Kindergarten Kindy 500.  Oh baby............let the good times roll!!!! He is so excited!

A fun Saturday morning:).  My boys had to be to a school function at 8:30 so I got to sleep in a bit before getting them up and ready.  Tyler had gone out on a 20 miler so little Jack and I got home and decided to go for a walk.  Just as we were getting ready to go (he actually wanted to ride his scooter) Tyler pulled up and decided to come walk with us.  So, we just walked out a half a mile and back so that Jack could ride his scooter.  Then when we got home, I went out for a little more.  I ran the first mile, then ran into Mac who was just finishing up with her 16 miler (hard for me to even process at this point).  So, we walked and visited for a mile (so good to see her).  Then, I ran the mile home.  So, all in all, it was 4 miles today, half walking, half running! It was a perfect morning to be out, I really enjoyed it! I want to try to go out a little further this Saturday but know I will have to walk a great deal of the way!  Running is becoming harder and harder each week but overall I feel grateful that I can still be active somewhat!
