What a fun, accomplishing morning!! I finally, for the first time in history, pulled a Kelli, Teena and Marion and did multiple exercises all in the same morning, HOORAY!!!

First I met with Mac and we ran an out a back course to get some miles in.  She had already ran almost a mile when we met up, so I ran just a little over 7.25 with her and then she finished up herself probably getting about 9 miles in for her (good job Mac).  It was fun running with her and chatting away.  I find it so easy to talk to her, so THANKS FOR THE RUN MAC!!!  She is a speedster and I hope to be able to run with her a little more to help increase my pace and have her share her secrets with me!  Avg. pace: 7:59 (yes, at least it was in the 7 range, even if it was just barely).

Then, I met up with Heidi C for some strength training at my house.  Again, something I have learned to love and it makes it all the better when you do it with someone you love, so Thanks for coming over and working out with me Heid!!!  We just worked out to a video before ending and starting the morning routine.  It's so nice to know that I got some cardio and weights in, now I really feel like I can take on the day.  Especially considering that tonight a few of my neighbors/ward members are doing a "Mood Enhancement Night".  This will consist of anything related to chocolate.  It is only woman invited and we are supposed to bring anything including chocolate or our favorite thing to dip in chocolate.  There will be 2 chocolate fountains (milk chocolate and white chocolate) and multiple desserts to choose from with chocolate.  Yup, glad I worked out this morning!!! :)

Sounds delicious! Make sure to bring Cinnamon bears. I may show up, I need a mood enhancement!

And way to pull a Kelli (and others). It is really not that hard, huh? Now you will be less impressed.

Hey twin sister!! How did you know I planned on taking cinnamon bears? Too funny!! I am in love with them dipped in white chocolate too!! You need to try it if you haven't already, SO DARN GOOD!!

I was actually feeling pretty good about my "kelli" day yesterday until I read your blog from Wednesday, and realized that I would have had to run another 2 miles afterwards to be even with ya for the day, so, Nope, I am still impressed and feel like crap about my slacking :). ha ha~

You are too funny. You eat better than me, so you are ahead! I am telling you, the junk I have eaten this week....unreal. Then, I hopped on the scale for my Thursday weigh in to be down 2 pounds. How is that supposed to motivate me to eat well? I eat like a saint and gain weight, I eat like crap and lose weight. Not motivating at all.

Now, I am not a fan of white chocolate, so I will pass on the bears in the white! To each his own....

I booked my hotel for Ogden yesterday. $68, so not too bad. Now, to find somewhere great for dinner.

Okay, you just broke the similarities. We are no longer twin sisters and I am starting to wonder if we are sisters at all. You lost weight from eating like crap?? Yup, not my sister at all and I have to say that is not fair at all!!! But, since I can't be mad at you, I will forgive you and will still accept you :). HA HA HA!! JK. However, I have to agree that if that is how things worked with me, I would have no motivation at all to work out or eat good, what would be the point?? I think it has something to do with the fact that you work out 4 hours a day!! That would most likely do it I think :)

So, where did you book your room at for Ogden? And yes, onto dinner..... any thoughts?? I have NO IDEA what is even up there. We will need to research that!!!

Never been to Ogden, bit we like pizza and pasta, and ICE CREAM the night before a race. How 'bout you two?

We booked the Best Western High Country Inn special that they sent out in the e-mail.

I am still up several pounds, so do not worry! It was probably a fluke. But I had 3 Eggo waffles for breakfast and now I am eating Boston Baked Beans. No motivation to be good. I still have not even run yet today. But I have given a billion spelling tests and now I am working on my homework.

Yum. Chocolate fountains are a reason I run. Sometimes you have to have a "mood enhancement night." Delicious. Kelli and Kellis, your food talk makes me laugh.
